There is a lot of recent VA research on telemedicine and ehealth and psychotherapy outcomes from research groups in Charleston (DF Gros, R Acierno,PW Tuerk, KJ Rugguiero) and Hawaii (LA Morland, BC Frueh). I can provide specific citations if necessary, or you can visit my page for some of them.
We have just submitted the results of our pilot study for publication so cannot provide a link to that yet but we have published our protocol with some of the information you are looking for.
