Hello everyone,

I'm interested in understanding the key distinctions between the TCGA pan-cancer atlas, MSK, Nature, and the Firehose legacy datasets.

How would you go about deciding which dataset to utilize?

Additionally, is it acceptable to aggregate data from all cohorts if one dataset has missing data that is available in another?

I would appreciate your insights on this matter.
