I have been working for a long time with the dielectric dataset at the Arthur R. Von Hippel's book "Dielectric Materials and Applications" (1954, reprinted in 1966).
I am looking for related modern work(s), with particular interest in documents from Standardization agencies around the world. Any hint?
Please describe which data do you need (materials, properties, etc.).

Main properties: a) relative real permittivity (i.e., "dielectric constant") and b) "loss tangent" (or, alternatively, imaginary permittivity).
Frequency range: ideally, from 10e^-2 to 10^13 THz
Materials: the same as (or extending) the list from Hippel's book, including alcohols and diverse compounds.
