I would like to synthesize strontium tetraborate doped with Europium. does anyone have a way to improve the Quantum Efficiency, Reflectance, Brightness and Greying?  Am using SrCO3, H3BO3 and Eu2O3 as starting raw materials.

I am looking for ways and methods/conditions for annealing, milling, washing etc.
