we have synthesized nanoparticles which is confirmed by UV-Vis.But further how to get powder sample for SEM TEM & XRD.plz suggest me the technique which i have to follow. After lot of reading in papers, they are have mentioned lyophilizer.When we kept our sample in lyophilizer it took all the sample inside & we don't know where it went.So plz provide me protocol for operating the same.

You need not to get powder samples for SEM, TEM and XRD. Already, we prepared Ag and Gold nanoparticles from leaf extract. We used thin films for XRD and SEM. It is very easy to prepare by dropping the solution on a glass plate with heating until the solution dried.
