In relation to the stability and repetition of nanorods synthesis, the previous methods are used exactly, but the repetition of synthesis with quality is not done the first time.

Sound like you have a problem with the cleaning process. How are you cleaning your glassware before each synthesis? Most protocols like seed-mediated synthesis will not work if glassware is contaminated with metals (e.g. Au, or Ag residues from previous synthesis, vial caps with internal metallic surface, etc.). Make sure to wash glassware with aqua regia before each synthesis (3:1 mixture by volume of hydrochloric acid and nitric acid). When working with aqua regia, make sure to follow proper guidelines including proper hazard mitigation procedures, you can check the following SOP: https://ehs.umass.edu/sites/default/files/Aqua%20Regia%20SOP.pdf.
If this is not the problem, are you preparing starting solutions or using fresh solutions each time? while some solutions (e.g. seed solution) are stable for a few days, some other solutions must be freshly prepared (e.g. NaBH4).
