In my opinion, all countries of the world should participate in the process of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and the efficiency of the implementation of the green economy transformation process, because the scale of protection of the climate, the biosphere and the biodiversity of the planet's natural ecosystems depends on this, which is important for future generations of people.

On the other hand, the level of variation in the scale of economic development is very high between different countries, between different regions and continents of the world. Economically rich countries, highly endowed with various categories of capital, including financial capital, technological capital, economic capital, etc., should help poorer, less economically developed countries, so that these countries, too, have the opportunity to effectively realise the goals of sustainable development and efficiently implement the process of green transformation of the economy.
