Hi, i have phase maps of three color components, RGB, which i want to superpose to form a single profile for use in a lithographic process. What are some of the methods for doing this? i need each pixel to have a different phase angle that can be manipulated by orientation of some plasmonic structures.

I can't tell from your question exactly what you want to do. If the RBG pixels are next to each other, then you may be able to use grey scale lithography to the photoresist layer of each pixel a different height. This way you translate the phase of each pixel into a different height and then go from there.
