Greetings

In India there are lot of farmers working on steam distillation of Rosemary essential oil leaving lot of biomass behind as a waste, so I wanted to use this waste for antioxidant extraction by using supercritical Co2.

I tried one batch of 10 kg but observed no extract even after extraction at 300 bar and 45°C

So needed help if you can guide me if steam distillation has negative effect on supercritical Co2 extraction of Rosemary antioxidants
