Does anybody have experience or information about using super long linker (like over 100 aa) to connect two functional parts of a fusion protein? Most linker I can find is about 8 to 30 aa ( like (GGGGGS)5 ) while the fusion protein we are working on need more space to avoid the allosteric block.
