For quantitative estimation of IAA, need to prepare Salkowski reagent. In some literature perchloric acid was used and in some, sulfuric acid, so please suggest me which one shall I use? And also about the standard curve preparation?

Salkowski reagent is a mixture of 0.5 M ferric chloride (FeCl3 ) and 35% perchloric acid (HClO4) which which develops pink color, with IAA due to IAA complex formation and reduction of Fe3+. Use perchloric acid instead of sulphuric acid.
Perchloric acid is more powerful oxidizing agent when compared to sulfuric acid.

thank you for posting this very interesting chemical question on RG. Just in case that it is still of interest to you, I would strongly suggest to follow a protocol in which sulfuric acid is employed to make the Salkowski reagent. Perchloric acid, particularly the concentrated one, always bears the risk that it is potentially explosive. Especially combinations of perchloric acid with organic compounds are potentially dangerous. Thus sulfuric acid is clearly the safer alternative.
