I am currently learning and working with BLDC motor. I would be very grateful if any of experienced professionals could suggest me a topic to start with my Master Thesis as this topic is very new and interesting to me. Currently working with NXP S12Z Motor tool kit.

One topic which I do not have the time to evaluate. Not sure, whether it is 'worth' a master thesis, but your professor may decide and eventually expand coverage:
What are the efficiency figures for field weakening vs. non-weakening operation?
(Same stationary operating points in terms of rpm and torque. An additional consideration may be dynamic behavior.) Such examinations can be executed for 6 step control as well as more complex control schemes like SVM and DTC.
