The basic idea and purpose of this toolkit is to provide a concise and specific API for handling the problem of fine grain replication model. The basic definition of the system model is attached.

Thanks Anita for the response I have looked into CDNSim but there are certain reasons that i am avoiding CDNsim as it is based on a omnet which is difficult enough. My purpose is to provide a plug an play architecture for algorithms using that very specific model.
