I'm currently expressing an eukaryotic gene in a bacterial system, but the expression levels are insufficient for producing the large quantities of protein needed for antibody production. So far, I’ve tried expressing the gene in BL21(DE3)pLys and Arctic Express cells, experimenting with different induction temperatures. I'm now considering varying the IPTG concentration to optimize expression.

Are there other strategies or modifications that could help increase protein yield using the same clones? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
