Well you asked if i believe it is the only one. Then if we consider a pretensioned beam with no contact between concrete and steel strands ( assume a sleve for a usual debonding ) the the strand will immediately loose all of the Prestressing strain at the moment of release, so yes when there is no bonding no friction and no any prestressing force
Strand and mild steel forces are both depending on friction to interact with concrete, but i do believe there is a difference between them since the friction is a function of geometry and normal forces and they differ from each other in that matter.
