I am trying to compare the power from my pv array and my battery to the load. I noticed my PV array power is negative and I am not sure why. The output power is also very low compared to my input from PV array and Battery. Please refer to the attached PDF file for the images.

I would propose that you apply the pv alone on the system.
And then apply the battery source alone on the system.
You will get correct operation.
I see the problem in how you combined the battery with PV generator.
If the pv does not charge the battery then you need to isolate the two sources from each others by connecting rectifier diodes in series with every one of them.
If the battery is charged from the pv generator, then you need to connect a battery charge controller between them and connect the load to the battery.

May I know what may be the causes that my power output is way lower than my power from pv and battery?
I have tried moving the diode to the front of the system, just after the PV array. But now there is no output at all shown in the scope and I am not sure why. Is there anything I can do about this?
Maybe you need to use diode to avoid voltage back flow from the battery towards PV arrays.
