I can't finde the quoted paper and I would need to have it. Could you help me? Do you know, how I can get it? Or could you give it to me? It was a EU-Project so it should be open source.

I also found this two sources during my search. But unfortunately it is not what I would need. The final report is quoted in one of the sorces, but the link does not work - as well as the link to the poject-webside does not work: http://www.sowap.org/ .
