I am currently solving one nonlinear problem in ABAQUS and facing the issue of solution convergence. I was given 1000 increments, but still, it shows that need more increments, and the job got aborted. How to solve these types of problems while doing non-linear analysis. What is the maximum limit of increment that we can provide in the step module? How to resolve convergence issue. I saw that in the monitor window, the step time is much less, around 10^(-5); due to this, these issues are coming.
