Does anyone have experience using (preferably free) word analysis software? I'm looking to analyze a large (N>2,000) base of comments for things like: word count and other features like sentiment, theme, confidence, positivity to negativity, etc.

I used Dedoose during the proposal stage of my dissertation to analyze conversations in Facebook. It is a web-based application with a free 30 day trial period. You can apply codes in different media shared on social media. It allows multiple reaearchers to work on a data set remotely.
