Simulating impact of spurious noise to 5G n78 3.5 Ghz band in NetSim?

How to add spurious noise and out-of-band emissions when running simulations in n78 band in 5G? We want to see the impact of this noise on throughput of 5G scenarios with gNBs and UEs?

From what I can see this is not possible directly via the GUI. There current noise in the code is calculated as k*T*B, and this this you can add the spurious noise. Then if you simulate, you will likely see a drop in throughput.
