Hello.  We used Siemens count-a-coat cortisol RIA in a paediatric trial recently. Do any of you know whether this has been compared to (i) other immunologic assay methods or (ii) mass spectrometric methods.  2) Does the Siemens count-a-coat cortisol assay show any cross-reactivity with Beclometasone or Budesonide (which are not mentioned in the product literature specificity table). If you do know any helpful citations would be really appreciated
