Should there be any problem with high altitude power transmission?

I am planning to use 66kV line structure for 11kV line. This is done since the line route is located in permanent snow capped mountains with an altitude nearly 6000 meters above sea level. Should there be any problem or is there any specified standards to be used at such altitude?
