I am working on surface and interface analysis of III-Nitride semiconductor materials for sensing applications. I am using Photoemission (XPS & UPS) for analyzing the surface and interface properties of GaN, InN, AlN, AlGaN, InGaN etc. I have already published a couple of articles in this domain.

Now i want to need more exposure and experience in this field. I am willing to work under some experienced and knowledgeable person in this area.

So, i request if anyone can suggest/offer me some short term (3-6 months) fellowship to pursue my research at their institute. I will be great help.  

The area of my interest are: Photoemission (XPS, UPS, ARPES, HAXPES, Synchrotron) FESEM, Gas sensors, Biosensors etc.
