We need suitable refrences for Set-up and electrochemical test standards for measuring the semiconductor gap band, could you please guide us?
It depends, which BG do you want to measure:
in UV I will recommend a commercial titania (Degussa P25 or an other)
in the visible, you can try hematite which BG is around 2.2 eV for bulk cristals,
in the NIR any lanthanide dopant can be helpful.
