By now, You have asked this question in 3 forms in past two weeks, this is my answer, added to your question in October 27
You wrote: "I have many medical research papers that need to be published"
Do you have many...?
If they are papers, it means they are published, if not published, they are merely manuscripts!
Also you wrote: "If there is special care the article can be 100% accepted by the journal, I am willing to pay the remuneration"
You want it 100% accepted?!
As you have asked for special care, here is mine. You have to read books and articles about the ethics of scientific research, of course before that you need to review your own morality.
Then read and listen about the written and unwritten rules of scientific publishing, there are a lot of valuable publications on this topic, and your professors that can advise you
Then read about topics such as plagiarism, data fabrication, Gift, Guest, Ghost and honorary authorship (3G+H authorship)
Then read publications about fraud, misconduct and dishonesty in sciences, read about the fate of fraudulent scientists... My favorite is: Betrayers of the truth: Fraud and deceit in the halls of science, 1983.
Then go to COPE site and review their rules on publishing
Lastly, visit the following link and carefully read and pay attention to the role of authors and contributors of academic publications
