Please do let me know your requirements, I think you can send a request to any Indian Institute of Technology (IITs). They will help you in testing.

You can contact some private laboratories like (LCTP: Central laboratory of Public works, in Algiers, Algeria) or other research laboratories of Algerian universities as (Djelfa, Blida, Tiaret, Mostaganem).
