In my view journal with low publication fee is ijstr: about 5000 inr and free journal is jestr. Both are Scopus indexed in 2020.

how can we know whether the journal is currently in scopus or not,as the Scopus data base is showing upto previous year only.

It is very easy to know whether or not a journal is scopus indexed. Go to Scopus site. Write the name of the journal for which u want to know.

If it is in Scopus before or now, its name appears with coverage years.

Now See two linked images.

In first it is written scopus coverage years 2018 to present, means it is indexed in Scopus in 2020.

In another it is written scopus coverage years 2018 to 2019, means it not in Scopus indexed in 2020.

Sir, after this step, just click on the journal name you see, you will find its coverage years and status, it is indexed in Scopus presently.

Scopus coverage is showing 2006 to 2018 for Rheedea but the Journal name was included in Scopus list October 2019. Please clarify this issue.

Sir, according to Scopus site, rheedea was indexed upto 2018. It is not indexed in 19, 20. See image below.

Thank you for your comments. But, why it is included in October 2019 Scopus list specifying coverage 2006-ongoing. I am attaching herewith Excel file of October 2019 Scopus list which creates confusion.
