There is no R package named "Bioconductor". Bioconductor is a project for the analysis and comprehension of genomic data. If you want to install packages of Bioconductor project, you should take advantage of the BiocManager package.

uninstall R and R studio

Then install R 4.1.2 https://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/base/

Then install Rstudio 2021.0.9.1-372 https://www.rstudio.com/products/rstudio/download/#download

Then install bioconductor package.

The version of package must be defined for the version of the base platform (R). Check out the consistency. As the fellows said, if you installed a new version of R look for an updated version of package.
