I constructed a model for my paper by using structural equation modeling in AMOS. One of reviewer asked me to show the RHO value. Can I ask where can we find the RHO value in the result of SEM by using AMOS?
Yes. I suppose that the RHO you mention is Jöreskog's rhô, generally used for assessing composite reliability in SEM.
RHO and composite validity (CR) represent the same reliability indicator ; they are simplly computed on different values (unstandardized or standardized)
"Joreskog rhô" is a composite reliability indicator computed on unstandardized loadings
"Composite reliability" is the same indicator, but it is computed on standardized loadings (both standardized and unstandardized loadings are available on AMOS).
The result is the same for the two methods (yoou can use the following excel spreadsheet for computation, based on standardized loadings)
to my knowledge, the RHO value is not displayed in AMOS results. Therefore, you can easily compute this value by using an online calculator (example: http://www.thestatisticalmind.com/calculators/comprel/composite_reliability.htm), or an Excel sheet (let me know if you need one)

The internal consistency or reliability was measured through composite reliability (also known as Dillon-Goldstein’s rho or Jöreskog’s) as proposed by Chin (1998). Dillon-Goldstein’s rho is a better reliability measure than Cronbach’s alpha in Structural Equation Modeling.
Usage of Rho_A reliability coefficient PLS is broadly applied in modern business research. This forum is the right place for discussions on the use of PLS in the fields of Marketing, Strategic Management, Information Technology etc.
Personally I couldn't find an appropriate academic literature regarding rho_a but it is an another indicator of reliability. Cronbach's Alpha is correlation oriented, rho_a is loading oriented. Smart PLS 3.0 gives us rho_a value.
