Hey everyone, me and my team want to write a review article on the current state of autonomous vehicles and the future technology that will be used in Autonomous Vehicles, I'm not able to find the proper review article format, Can anyone please provide me the proper format for a review article, preferably in a PDF form?

I agree with Ahmed Khalid Ahmed Asinger that it depends very much on the journal you plan to publish in. You are quite right that they might not say exactly. I would suggest (and this is my experience) you may need to go into that journal, get some review articles from there and see what is their style and headings then try to do something like that for your own topic, for your own article.
It's better if you go through targeted journal's guidelines and manuscript preparation. There you'll find what format you should follow.
