It would be very interesting to have a look at resistance even if we have very few positive cases.

so, we use a qPCR for detect a point mutation in 23S RNA of M. genitalium, directly of clinical specimems, them Mg macrolide resistant (MRM) positive samples were culture in Vero cells to obtain the strain and make the phenotypic confirmation and antimicrobial assay by microdilution test in Vero cell.
