Recently, I am working on the research program centering on power relations in teacher professional development. How to conceptualize the term 'power relations' turns into my thorny problem. Those models of analyzing power relations either in the field of management or in social analysis seem to be not very feasible for me to tap into the power relations in the context of teacher professional development. I use some basic post-modern ideas from Foucault, Bourdieu and Giddens to construct my own understanding of power relations, yet the analytic framework still seems to be in the air. Does anyone  give me some suggestion or recommend me some relevant articles?
