Please advise me good universities around the globe, where i can apply for postdoc in Biomedical or Control System Engineering.

since i am not an expert in the subjects that you mentioned (Biomedical or Control System Engineering)
let me try to give you a general advice for your situation:
If you are heading to an academic career (stay at universities ...) then
DO NOT try to seek for a good position by posting a question like the above one.
YOU should demonstrate your professionality by KNOWING good universities,or more precise, good professors / research groups.
if you are taking the postdoc time for a time of experience - heading for a job in industry, then you should see if you can be part of a research project (e.g. a public funded one).
Scan the relevant conferences in your field for recently published projects.
