It is important that a research paper is able to publish findings that are easily "replicable". I believe that the authors should consider putting a MATLAB or SPICE code, or whatever applicable pseudo code in the paper so that researchers, especially students, are able to learn easily and replicate the results.
What are you thoughts about this?

I agree with the term "should consider".
Anyway, even the simulation code may contain trade secrets - resulting in a decision against publishing. On the other hand, this code may require a lot of space as well as being 'unreadable' (e.g. Matlab.m). I'd prefer to have a way to get it online - provided it is available.
