Would it be possible to provide me the final dataset used in the household-level evidence?. However, I have already found the state-level evidence final dataset. And you have also mentioned a working paper Burgess, Robin, Rohini Pande, and Grace Wong (2004). "Can State Credit Programs Reach the Rural Poor? Evidence from Household Data in India." Working paper, London School of Economics, Yale University, and the University of Pennsylvania” in your reference section which I am unfortunately cannot locate in any platform.  Your insights and expertise would be invaluable to me.
