Regeneration of Bentonite?

Hello,

I've activated natural bentonite using an alkali solution for the removal of cationic dyes, such as methylene blue, from simulated wastewater. I'm now looking for guidance on the process of regenerating the bentonite after the removal. Can anyone provide some insights or assistance?
