The expression for a SIMO channel is not applicable for a MIMO channel.
But the BER for a SIMO channel and a MISO channel is the same, under some assumptions.

Yes. It is same. Just the BER vs SNR curve will be shifted in the negative domain (i.e., gain) as per the number of antenna elements at both TX and RX.
