So I have a non-technical question regarding using Researchgate.net. I was on the platform in 2016-2017 but left when the recent copyright controversy became an issue with my students and colleagues. After it was (thankfully) resolved, I rejoined the platform in 2018. After I rejoined, I learned that my projects were still accumulating reads and recommendations in my absence. However, these projects were orphaned under the old account username "Hannan Lagarry" (assigned by RG) and inaccessible under my current (correct) username "Hannan LaGarry" (assigned by me). Does anybody know of a way to reclaim those lost projects? Or communicate the problem to RG tech support? I could just start new ones and forego the accumulated reads, but that still leaves those orphaned projects and their supplemental resources out there. Any help reclaiming those under my current username would be AWESOME!
Paul: If you click on the 'down arrow' next to your picture, a drop down menu will appear. One of the choices in the drop down menu is the "Help Center". I recommend you write a message to the Help Center asking for them to help you in this situation.

Thanks, Paul, for the suggestion. Best I can tell, the Help Center links lead to FAQs without a direct way to contact RG. I'll continue to poke around. With a couple of these projects I'm worried about, RG offered me a "Is this you?" prompt. However, its been over a month since the last one. I'll hang tight and maybe more prompts will come around. For some, I went ahead and made new ones. Oh well.
