Kindly tell me

How to find out Maintaince Time through UML I read your paper "No-Redundant Metrics for UML Class Diagram Structural Complexity" ,But stuck on this point .

The class diagram maintainability characteristics,such as understandability, analyzability and modifiability.-How to find out ?

Each subject had to rate each sub-characteristic using a scale consisting of seven linguistic labels.Is it Survey based ?if yes then How to collect it ?

The independent variables are the structural complexity and the size of UML class diagrams, measured via the 11 metrics.

The subjects had to answer a questionnaire (5 questions) that reflected whether or not they had understood each diagram and they also had to write down how long it took to answer the questions. The understandability time was obtained from that.--What are these questions in Questionnare ?

So that I will proceed my research .
