What is the mental state of women who left their job due to some or the other family reasons. After a couple of year they try to come back to job, so what are the issues faced by them.

The women leave their jobs because of the weak social support of their partners and family, in order to accept their role as workers. Women are feeling guilty for leaving their children at an early age, charged with responsibilities as housekeepers, without the assistance of their partners. When the lapse of several years, many women try to get back to work, because the demands of life are not sufficient from their partners
