I use ode45 function in matlab, for high resolution i need high iteration. but the above error is displayed.
I use the university's processing system and I do not have access to its memory.
What suggestion do you have for solving this problem?
I use a Matalb 2016b -64bit
use t = [0 200]
and clean "opts" in above code. I changed the code slightly
check available physical memory on the system you're using
[user, sys] = memory
without additional information on when and where your code runs into this issue, it's not possible to diagnose the problem. for example, segment your code with break points and sections and then check the physical memory and time the operations to see when it hits the upper limit. does it happen in t = 0-2? does it happen in t=0-100??
Also suppress the "t" that prints the time at the end of your differential equation, this will result in higher execution speeds.
Have you tried the more specific ode-solvers? ode113, ode23 and ode15s could potentially use less memory.
I'm using sign function in this code. When I delete this function,there is no problem!!!!
