Just read "Inflation and the Measurement Problem". If I understand correctly, they proposed a model with interaction between Fourier modes. By tuning parameter one will obtain Harrison-Zel’dovich scale-invariant
power-spectrum as well as Gaussian Random field. What I don't understand is that I think it still need measurement to form a classical field configuration. Did I misunderstand it?

I looked briefly at this paper, which contains many simplifying assumptions. Eq.(1) defines quantities alm which are essentially a weighted sum over the Fourier modes of the primordial curvature perturbation field. Making use of the Central Limit Theorem the authors note that, by their assumed properties, the probability distribution of each alm will approach a normal distribution in the limit of large number of Fourier modes. In consequence, classical Gaussianity of the alm will not necessarily imply quantum Gaussianity of the Fourier modes.Using this flexibility, the authors enter a classical field which did not appear at the outset, but which serves to interact with the primordial curvature perturbation field.

Feel free to read my work on the relationship between Inflation and the SN1a Survey distance measurement. My model derives a Gravitation equation that is consistent with GR tests (Gravitational Lensing, Mercury Perihelion Precession) and that has an epoch-dependent G.
Epoch-dependent G means epoch-dependent SN1a and that yields overestimation of SN1a distances. Once corrected, the distances plotted versus observed redshift z are favorably compared with HU predictions.
Notice that HU d(z) below contains not even a single parameter.
