MDPI's Energies or Sustainability are very quick to publication, relative to other energy journals. I believe both charge a submission fee. Energies' Impact factor is 2.702, and Sustainability's Impact Factor is 2.576. Most of the Elsevier and Springer (etc.) energy journals will take several months, and sometimes up to a year, from submission to actual publication.

Please write a strong analytical review paper in good repute journal for your publications.Review paper will be easily published. Rather than review paper it is difficult to write the new techniques you have used and they will consider more output which may be difficult for your work to adorn.
