I am looking for a validated scale for detecting burnout among young people and students in particular.
I know the Maslach Burnout Inventory version for students, and the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory
Do you know others to reccomend?

You may find this useful. Many questionnaire related to students usually measure their academic burnout whereas Maslach Burnout Inventory–Student Survey (MBI–SS), measures their overall burnout.
MBI–Student Survey has been shown to have adequate reliability and factorial validity in Dutch, Spanish, and Portuguese students (Schaufeli, et al., 2002).
The Maslach Burnout Inventory–Student Survey (Schaufeli, et al., 2002). This questionnaire includes three subscales: Exhaustion was measured with five items (e.g., “I feel emotionally drained by my studies”), Cynicism was measured with four items (e.g., “I have become more cynical about the potential usefulness of my studies”), and Academic Efficacy was measured with six items (e.g., “In my opinion, I am a good student”). All items were scored on a 7-point frequency rating scale ranging from 0: Never to 6: Always. High scores on Emotional Exhaustion, Cynicism, and low scores on Academic Efficacy are indicative of burnout (Academic Efficacy items are reverse scored).

There are many instruments to measure burnout, but, to my knowledge, Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) is the gold standard. One drawback is that you have to pay to use this instrument.

MBI is the most popular scale by far, however, the Malakh-Pines et al. (1981) measure as well as its short version (Malakh-Pines, 2005) are also used in some fields. They have at least acceptable psychometric properties (Schaufeli and Van Dierendonck, 1993; Schaufeli, et al., 2001, see below).

Depending on what types of students you are assessing, the Professional Quality of Life Measure may be appropriate. It measures compassion satisfaction and compassion fatigue, of which burnout is a component. The ProQoL Measure has been used to measure burnout in several studies, including ones which sampled students in higher education such as nursing students.
