is there any researcher who will guide me about the calculation of effective diffusivity from experimental data as described in that attached article.

Actually, in the attached article, it has been described that by using equation 10, you can find the effective diffusivity. But, simultaneously, he is also mentioning that

" The kinetic parameters (E and D0) can be estimated from slope and intercept of a plot of ln Deff verses 1/T."

It makes me very confused that how can we plot the graph for Deff. Although, it is our unknown parameter, we are going to find it.
