Photodetector is a device which converts optical power into photocurrent. In case of equivalent circuit of photodetector, how to calculate the RLC values of the corresponding circuit. I have to design the equivalent circuit of photodiode in TANNER EDA tool 12.5 .

The photo diode is normally reverse biased so the small signal equivalent circuit is like diode in reverse bias. It consists of a parallel combination a reverse leakage resistance and a junction capacitance in addition to a series resistance RS which represents the ohmic resistance of neutral parts of the semicondcutor material.
There is a parasitic inductance because of the encapsulation and a parasitic capacitance because of the encapsulation which is sometimes called the header capacitance.
You cam measure the diode equivalent circuit at a specific DC operating point by measuring the diode small signal impedance as a function of the frequency. At low frequencies, the resistors and the inductance are effective and at high frequencies the capacitors will be effective at intermediate frequency there will be resonances.
