look into the research on sleep (insomnia and irregular sleep) as a factor in suicide. sleep problems are both a marker and an area in which to provide interventions (help )to ideators.

Most among those are suffering depression I found them they are jealous, aspire too much, jealous of others and push their ways in and speak lie, self-righteous with twisting with untrue/utter untruth and disbelieve, I wonder how comes?
They're plotters, they target.
Opposite to Nurvous natured and sensitive kind.
I am not taking about pain/ache sufferers.
Distress and depression are very different.
