Biomass contains all the components of lignocellulose which can be converted into biochar or even separation of cellulose. This is usually little more ash content.
But, very specifically cellulose materials or biomaterials from other natural products or bacterial cellulose.
Can these materials really has worthy on Quantum and carbon dots performance
Based on above, which one is more feasible?

This is an interesting question. I think, the feasibility will depend on many factors including the availability of the precursor material (zero-cost materials are preferred), energy consumption and cost production, environmental impacts of the process, and the net revenue from the final products.
