I have attached a big list of possible papers on business information from my personal collection. I would suggest you have a quick flick through the titles until you find areas that might stimulate your thinking. I would recommend you download Mendeley (see link below) to house your own collection. Have a look through each of the papers in my lists, and those that interest you, copy the title into Google Search. From there, you will likely be able to download the papers for free. Look for the pdf link on the right hand side of the listing, and you should get that for free, otherwise, you may be asked to pay. Before leaving the item on offer, also click on the "Cite" button. Look for the left hand button at the bottom to collect the Bibtex citation and click on that. This will show the meta data you will need to reference the paper properly in Mendeley. Copy the metadata into a text file and name it with a .bib extension. Keep adding more metadata as you collect your papers. Once you have enough to look at, close the 'bib file, open Mendeley and press File, Import and select 'bib file and Mendeley will insert all the metadata for you . Then, all you need to do is to add the downloaded file into the relevant metadata, and you will then have a huge list of papers with the correct metadata to go with it. There is also a downloadable plug-in for Word or LibreOffice, whichever you choose to use. Making a citation, or a reference list is then as simple as pressing a button. I will add a sample .bib file fore you too, which you can add new meta data to. Don't forget to remove what is already uploaded into your system before you re-use the file (Microsoft will try to add a .txt extension onto any file you try to create as .bib and this will work for you as a fix).

Try to keep it simple. Do not try to bite off more than you can chew. You will have a very limited time in which to carry out your project. Configuring a neural network is likely to take up a lot of time (much more suited to a PhD timescale), and if it takes you too long to configure the system, there may be no time at all to carry out your analysis, which will not be good for your potential marks. Whereas sticking to say Weka (which is very productive quickly for data mining) will give you plenty of time to get to grips with analysing your data. Which raises the point of what data you will want to analyse. It will really depend on what interests you. Hopefully, you will get a few ideas from my list.

Just to throw in an alternative to consider from a practitioner, Christensen at Sloan (and many others) has done interesting work on the cost to prepare an organization for a new type of system vs the cost of that system. As your degree is in Business, looking at what a business has to do to use the tool may be more important than what they have to do to build or acquire the tool. For example, the organizational learning and changes necessary to adapt to a new type of tool typically take much longer to complete than completing or installing the tool itself. They also can cost much more. Finally there is risk; a different new powerful and sharp tool can be dangerous if you don't know how to use it. This danger ranges from the risk of shelf-ware (lost opportunity cost) to an actual threat to the company from misuse.

I suggest you focus on data mining and artificial neural networks in cloud computing of data.you go through to see and add on algorithm model to artificial neural networks.the best output results will come.

I suggest you review recent scholarly articles focusing on the recommendation on future directions on research. Find the related problem in your country that need urgent research solution to address but has received little attention? I only recently completed my oral defence of the dissertation project and earned MBA IT Security Management Degree. 

What I think is the best way to select the topic is to go through the top rated journals. See what is happening in these and what topics are really discussed. You will have a very good idea what you can do for your project! :)

Data security and privacy in E-Governance is something which needs attention especially in era of cloud computing . You can develop some algorithm for data security in E-Governance focusing on developing nations.

Data Mining and Learning Analytics is also one area which is booming. A data analyst earn somewhere around 2500 dollars a week. Perhaps, a good business plan can earn you great income.
