Processing of Meteosat 8 Data ?

As the Meteosat 8 data is available in many formats i tried to use HIRIT format satpy, python to visualize the data also used HDF explore and Netcdf format, but i need to further process the data and convert the TB values at a particular location. If anyone worked in such things kindly help.
